just the swiming pool
old style rooms ... must renew the hotel . it has motel rooms not hotel.
Easy access from highway. Extremely close to Walden Galleria. Free breakfast with rate at pleasant restaurant in hotel. Pool area and courtyard was very pretty. Beds were comfortable.
Bathroom fixtures worn and bathtub had black mildew stains, tv also older no flat screen, extremely loud/clunking heating/ac system, only one set of elevators and extremely long hallways from elevators to furthest rooms
The resturant overpriced
we liked that breakfast was included, that is was walking distance to Waldon Galleria and that there was a pool.
when I booked I asked for a pull out bed and if possible to overlook the pool as there were three of us. They told me they had no recored of this request, there were no pull out beds left and it was just too bad for me. They were really rude about it.
The room was very comfortable. Being in a central location of shopping made this hotel great. The lounge in the hotel made boring nights enjoyable.
The bar was great, good food, good service, good prices. It was very relaxing sitting around the fireplace. My wife and I enjoyed it.
The pool is very big, with a large deep end.The temp inside the pool area was far to cold. The temp inside the poolwas just right.
Location - right beside the mall and easy to get to from Toronto. And I really liked the pool-side room.. Also, it was nice and quiet at night, even with the pool just outside our door.
The room door to the pool was very difficult to close. We had to slam it.. And the breakfast was all carbohydrates - a choice of fruit or juice would have been nice in the free part of the breakfast.
hotel was convienant to I-90 and places I had to go in the city.
The hotel staff needs customer service training. Their tone with customers was brusque and sexist - nice to men, short with women. the right words were said but there were few smiles and a lack of welcoming warmth.
The hotel is very close to buffalo airport, i was staying for one night just to have a rest
at that day there were a conference or an exhibition and the registration stand was next to the elevator that take you to the room. it was not very well organized. Furniture was looking old
When I asked if I could have a room up as high as possible, I was told that all they had was on the 2nd floor. When I explained that I live in a very flat area, I always like to see the lights when I travel. And voila! a room on the 7th floor appeared available thanks to Leslie on the Front Desk.
The side entry way into the parking lot was where all the smokers hung around to smoke. We had to plunge through the smoke in order to get in and out of the building to get to our car.
Really, Nothing deserve to tell, Normal Hotel, not more than 3 stars.
Yes, It was Bed & Breakfast Reservation, Actually the Breakfast was nothing, when you ask something, they inform Not covered & you have to pay!!! and it was not open buffet... Just nothing to eat, so we went and got another Breakfast outside the Hotel!!!!
Great hotel right beside good shopping, you can walk across the parking lot. Very comfortable beds. We had a pool view room and could sit on our patio and see the pool.
I liked the proximity to the Walden Galleria Mall. The pool area was really nice.
I prefer a hotel that has a free continental breakfast in the lobby for all guests.
The hotel was on the same property as the shopping mall and very close to restaurants.
The only negative was the continental breakfast was served to you and was an hour wait for a muffin and juice.
Two King Beds; location; price
Service in restaurant very slow, (breakfast order at 10am arrived at 10:50 cold and missing food) First floor decor outdated
